1. Overview
G7 Hoodies are custom, made-to-order products. Each hoodie is produced individually after your order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final except in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors.
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the G7 Hoodie website operated by Never Normal Fashion LLC.
2. All Sales Are Final (Custom, Made-to-Order)
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, your hoodie enters the production workflow. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for any of the following reasons:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Deciding you no longer want the item
- Disliking the style, fit, design, or feel
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer
- Color differences due to monitor or phone screen variations
- Failure to read sizing charts or product descriptions
These conditions are consistent with Stripe’s guidance for custom and made-to-order goods.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your hoodie arrives defective, damaged, or with incorrect printing, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request:
- Clear photos of the item and the issue
- A description of the defect or printing error
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label (if applicable)
If the defect is verified, Never Normal Fashion LLC will, at its sole discretion, provide either:
- A free replacement hoodie, or
- A partial or full refund
We do not issue replacements or refunds without clear evidence of a production or printing error.
4. Order Not Received
4.1 Lost Packages
Once tracking information shows a package as “Delivered”, responsibility transfers to the buyer. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for items that are stolen, misplaced, or removed after delivery.
4.2 Delayed Packages
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, logistics, seasonal volume, or other issues do not qualify as a reason for refund.
4.3 Undeliverable / Return-to-Sender
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or not claimed:
- We can reship the order once you confirm an updated address and pay the additional shipping cost.
- We do not refund orders that are returned due to address issues provided by the buyer.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
To keep things fair and transparent, we ask that you contact us first if there is any issue with your order before filing a dispute or chargeback through your bank or payment provider.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- You will make a good-faith effort to resolve issues directly with Never Normal Fashion LLC before initiating a dispute.
- Disputes submitted for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, production times, or carrier delays are not valid grounds for refunds on custom, made-to-order items.
- Filing a chargeback on a legitimate custom order may result in permanent loss of purchasing privileges from the G7 Hoodie website.
We work with Stripe and our production partners to document:
- Order details and timestamps
- Size selections and product options
- Preview and confirmation steps
- Acceptance of Terms of Service and Refund Policy
- Production and fulfillment logs
- Shipping and delivery confirmations
This information may be provided to Stripe or financial institutions as part of any dispute review.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Because each G7 Hoodie is printed specifically for you, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without visible manufacturing or printing defects
- Orders sent back without contacting us first
- Items returned due to sizing issues
- Items returned because shipping took longer than expected
Only defective or incorrect items qualify for review under this policy.
7. How to Request a Replacement
If you believe your hoodie is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us using our message form at Message.
Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of what went wrong
We review most claims within 2–5 business days and will respond with next steps.
8. Policy Updates
Never Normal Fashion LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown at the top.
By placing an order after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
